Monrovia Memorial Care

LAHD completed a major parking lot replacement project for Monrovia Memorial Care at their facility on S. Heliotrope in Monrovia. The scope included saw-cutting and removing approximately 11,784 sq ft of existing asphalt, hauling off broken material, proof-rolling the subgrade, installing rebar across the full area, forming and pouring new concrete, and saw-cutting new joints. The project was executed in two phases to maintain facility access throughout construction.
