LAHD is a long-standing construction partner for AltaMed Health Services, one of the largest community health center networks in the nation. Our work spans their clinics and PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers across LA and Orange County. We specialize in PACE center conversions with dispensary buildouts, exam room construction, and reception area renovations. Our portfolio includes multi-floor tenant improvements, environmental remediation, custom millwork, and a ground-up new construction project in Huntington Beach. All work is performed with after-hours scheduling to minimize disruption to active patient care operations.
