LAHD has been a primary construction partner for Pipeline Health across their portfolio of acute care hospitals and medical office facilities throughout Los Angeles County. Our work includes major infrastructure projects such as dual 500kW generator replacements with underground tank systems, operating room renovations, ER canopy installations, and comprehensive building remodels. We also handle tenant improvements, custom workstation design and fabrication, bathroom renovations, and ongoing facility maintenance. Our projects range from emergency repairs to OSHPD/HCAI-regulated capital improvements.
